of San Juan de los Lagos, Benito and his family now enjoy a fuller,
blessed life.
And you will also hear from Johnnette Benkovic: As a world renowned speaker,
Johnnette Benkovic’s life seemed perfect. She had a growing radio
and television career and opportunities to travel the world spreading
the word of God. But in March of 2004, when two police officers knocked
on her door, her perfect world was turned upside down.
Johnnette S. Benkovic is founder and president of
Living His Life Abundantly® International, Inc., a Catholic
evangelization apostolate with outreaches in television, radio, print,
and internet communications. She is also founder of Women of
Grace®, a Catholic apostolate for Christian women that features a

Despite an upbringing as a Catholic, Alan strayed from the
Church, wasting his life in sin. After he married and
had two
children, he settled down a little. But the change
was only
temporary, and he soon found himself falling back in to bad
company and a sinful life. Depressed and tormented by nightmares, Alan
was saved by a confrontation with an angel who commanded him to pray
and pray some more
And you'll hear from Carmen: As a little girl, Carmen’s
grandmother taught her to love Mary. At the age of 39 she had her last
child – a little girl born four weeks too soon. The rosary
and
the loving hand of Mary save both mother and child, her
“miracle
baby.” Now retired, Carmen spends her time telling everyone
about
the love of Mary.

on... and then he decided he didn't love me anymore and he just wanted
to take off."

Rosary’s mother passed on to her a deep devotion to Mary.

thing – because she would need it. After hurricane
Katrina
destroyed her home, her husband of 40 years left her. When most of us
would have nothing left to give, she was asked to pour out her
remaining emotional energy as an offering to the one person who had
hurt her most.
And you'll hear from Vince: Vince had always lived his life in the
driver seat. But a serious car accident forced him to acknowledge that
while man proposes.

boy
next-door; a young
man who the family thought was the perfect match for their daughter.
Within two years however,
what had started as a dream come true for Mary’s daughter
turned
into a nightmare of drugs, alcohol,
infidelity and divorce. Desperate to protect her daughter from a
violent ex-son-in-law, Mary
turned to the Blessed Mother for help. Her prayers were answered but at
a terrible price.

had
absolutely no idea who Our Lady of Guadalupe was – I thought
maybe she was a false image that Mexicans worshipped."
This week you’ll hear from Barbara: When Barbara discovered
she
was pregnant, she was worried. She was older and had miscarried before.
Fortunately for her the women in her rosary pray group stepped up, and
bringing an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe to her home, prayed over her
and her unborn child. Not only was the pregnancy an uneventful one, but
Barbara develop a new and deep devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe.
And you’ll also hear from Rosemary: A life of drugs and
alcohol
robbed Rosemary of her sight. One day she had a vision of Mary and
Jesus, both of whom promised her that her sight would return. Quite
literally, Rosemary clung to this promise with a faith not lead by
sight and in due course her eyes were healed.

in Palestine. Through Mary, and especially the miracle of Her weeping
icon,
Rula is drawn to the Latin Church and closer to Christ.

members, the group just disbanded."
This week
you'll hear from Linda. Linda’s faith was deepen and
enriched by being
part of a prayer circle. She and her sisters in Christ, many of whom
were
protestant, would often meet and bring the power of intercessory prayer
to
those in need. However, when Linda suggested that prayers for
Mary’s
intercession be included by the group, things changed.
And you'll also hear from Armando. Growing up in Puerto Rico,
Armando was often frightened
by statues of the Blessed Mother. But later, as he came to understand
that Mary was one of the first disciples, his love of
the
Blessed
Mother led him to a life with the Marianist Brothers.

India, Kumar and Uma, who said that Mary had been calling them in a
dream.

Protestant
with no relationship with the
Blessed Mother. After her conversion to Catholicism, she felt an
undeniable
pull towards the loving heart of Mary.

answered – but (tragically) not in a way that she imagined.
And You'll hear from Frank: Though he grew up Catholic, he married an
atheist
and began a slow decent in to an emotional, material and financial
hell. Reaching
out to Our Lady, Frank grabbed for her mantle to help stop his free
fall.

"Growing
up I had no exposure to religion. But since I was little I
always had a believe in God..." This
week you'll hear from Evelyn: Evelyn grew up Protestant but knew little
about Jesus and even less about Mary. While thinking about (and even
scoffing at) the rosary she had an epiphany: Mary was THE Mother of
God. Not only did she embrace Mary but the Catholic faith as well.
You'll also hear from Nini: Abandoned by her mother, Nini was raised
by an emotionally distant father. Longing for a mother, Nini found
a rosary and prayer booklet in her father’s pocket. She asked
Mary
to be her mother, hold her, and change her tears to laughter.
